Rajesh is a Technocrat with an engineering background, specialized in Power Engineering with about three decades of professional experience in projects in the fields of Power Generation & infrastructure, Natural resources including mining & hydrocarbons, business re-engineering and asset acquisitions.

Rina has 15 years’ experience in Offshore Management and been handling corporate and legal affairs of the Group including company corporate documentation, Power Purchase Agreements, etc in the fields of Energy, Natural Resources, Mining, Oil & Gas across Africa. Over the last decade, she has been part of the Business Development team of the AF Power Group of Companies.
CFO
Deepa is a dedicated and results-driven person, with a successful background in the accounting field. Experienced over the last 11 years in the Power Sector as CFO for AF-Power, and previously the Mauritian Real Estate sector (Construction) and in establishing and managing a Property Fund. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships.

Umesh IRANAH is a high-energy, multicultural, relationship-oriented Sales and Operation professional with about 24 years of international experience in logistics, textiles, manufacturing and retailing companies. Has an ability to stimulate business growth, demonstrated by his foray into the energy sector by managing two of AF-Power’s Diesel and HFO power projects and the Companies logistics requirements.

Muhammad B. M. Kassim joined AF Power in 2019 as a Business Development Manager, Renewables. Muhammad has past experience working in a Solar Power Company in Project Management and Project Finance. He has also worked for a multinational corporation, Government Science Research Agency and SMEs. He has been involved in Sales and Marketing via social media marketing and outreach and is currently a member of various professional networks and organisations.

Jonathan joined AF-Power’s management team in 2018 delivering development projects with a particular focus across the Africa region. Jonathan is a recognised specialist in building strong working relationships with all key stakeholders and has extensive professional experience, having previously worked in a number of roles across the investment banking and financial services industry worldwide.

Anis has over 11 years of experience in business development and management of PPP and BOT projects in Africa and has implemented a number of development Projects in Africa. Mr Ouerghi has a Master’s degree in mathematics encryption decryption/fundamental mathematics from Tunisia science University and MBA administration and management from Maritime academy Egypt and bachelor of experimental sciences Tunisia.
Finance Manager
Cyril has over 30 years of vast experience gathered from his work in the areas of Accounting, Auditing, Banking, Finance, Human Resource, Information Technology and Taxation. He is currently managing and developing the Group Accounting Policies, the Group Accounting Consolidation Process and the Group's Financial System. He is also responsible for setting up and maintaining the Group's cloud system and developing the policies for the use of the Group's cloud system. He also manages the Group's Claims Approval System and the Group Payslip System.

Randhir has been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years and helped to set-up Trident Trust in Mauritius where he was promoted to Managing Director in 2006 and together with an 80-strong Mauritius team, he developed strategies to service financial institutions, professional intermediaries and high-net worth individuals in Africa and Asia. Randhir has been a Board member of some of the largest Africa development funds involved in telecommunications, mining, commodities, etc. as well as funds investing into India. As a Director of AF POWER, Randhir intends to consolidate its program of expansion and development of renewable and conventional power projects in the developing and emerging markets and be part of a business that will benefit its stakeholders and positively impact numerous local communities. He is fluent in English, French and Creole and holds a BSc (Hons) in Management from the University of Kent, Canterbury and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.

Ousmane has proven experience as an International Business Relations Consultant for over 20 years. Through his duties as Economic Advisor and Corporate Administrator, he has acquired considerable exposure and expertise in project management, strategy and management which has earned him recognition for his contribution to West Africa. He is a collaborator who certainly contributes to the development of our Group's activities in Central Africa and wherever we have interest and we operate.
